WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY VEST AND IT DOESN’T FIT?
If the order is custom, we will adjust the garment as best as possible. If it still does not fit properly, we will make a new one. If the error was on the measurements provided by the customer, please allow time for new vest to be remade and a labor fee of 200.00. If bought directly from site with generic size we will gladly exchange.
DO YOUR VESTS COMPENSATE FOR FLANNELS, HOODIES ETC.?
WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME OF HAVING A CUSTOM VEST MADE?

HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING CAN I MAKE CHANGES?
Due to how customizable our vests and jackets are, we have a 2 week cut off time for change of materials. This is the time frame of when we start to prep the order, cut the materials, order specific items for it, such as liners, materials, thread etc.
DO YOU SEW PATCHES ON YOUR VESTS? IF SO, HOW MUCH?
We are very professional and discreet about this process. We make sure you keep use of all your pockets. We respect your patches and privacy.
WHAT IS COVERED IN YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY?
WHAT DOES A CUSTOM LINER CONSIST OF?
Our custom liners consist of a variety of paisley colors, images printed on fabric, flags, sports teams, and minor changes on high resolution artwork. Please note, this not original, one off artwork that we provide. Please submit artwork to Design@Espinozasleather.com with your Order # and First & Last Name in subject line within the first 2 weeks of placing your order so we can make sure everything gets printed accordingly.
90 Day Completion Policy
You have a 90 day grace period for pickup and/or completion of payment after the garment has been completed. If no action is given, the deposit and any other costs associated with the custom garment will be forfeited. Please reach out as quickly a possible. Thank you.
REFUNDS
Notice: There are absolutely no refunds on custom garments, as materials such as leather, zippers and liners are all cut specific to customers sizes.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

To initiate a return, please contact us at (626) 307-5049 or info@espinozasleather.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
