WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY VEST AND IT DOESN’T FIT?

If the order is custom, we will adjust the garment as best as possible. If it still does not fit properly, we will make a new one. If the error was on the measurements provided by the customer, please allow time for new vest to be remade and a labor fee of 200.00. If bought directly from site with generic size we will gladly exchange.

 

DO YOUR VESTS COMPENSATE FOR FLANNELS, HOODIES ETC.?

We compensate for light leather jackets, hoodies and flannels… If you are planning on wearing a heavy coat please advise before order is made.

WHAT IS THE TIME FRAME OF HAVING A CUSTOM VEST MADE?

We manufacture everything one by one in house. Keep in mind that everything is made to order and only select styles are in stock! Every vest once ordered is hand cut just for you. The time line for your custom garment from start to finish is approximately 14 weeks.  

WHAT IS THE STOCK LINER FOR THE VESTS?

On our vests we use a durable yet light poly cotton liner. Our perforated hybrids and full leather vests come with mesh for more air flow. Lastly, our jackets are lined with a thinsulate quilt liner.

HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING CAN I MAKE CHANGES?

Due to how customizable our vests and jackets are, we have a 2 week cut off time for change of materials.  This is the time frame of when we start to prep the order, cut the materials, order specific items for it, such as liners, materials, thread etc.

DO YOU SEW PATCHES ON YOUR VESTS? IF SO, HOW MUCH?

The very first set of patches after purchasing a new vest is free.  After that, charges may apply.  Please book an appointment through our website.
We are very professional and discreet about this process. We make sure you keep use of all your pockets. We respect your patches and privacy.

WHAT IS COVERED IN YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY?

We will guarantee our hardware such as snaps and zippers. We will also fix any loose threads or any inner or outer pocket liner that may have worn out.

WHAT DOES A CUSTOM LINER CONSIST OF?

Our custom liners consist of a variety of paisley colors, images printed on fabric, flags, sports teams, and minor changes on high resolution artwork.  Please note, this not original, one off artwork that we provide.  Please submit artwork to Design@Espinozasleather.com with your Order # and First & Last Name in subject line within the first 2 weeks of placing your order so we can make sure everything gets printed accordingly.  

90 Day Completion Policy

You have a 90 day grace period for pickup and/or completion of payment after the garment has been completed.   If no action is given, the deposit and any other costs associated with the custom garment will be forfeited. Please reach out as quickly a possible.  Thank you.

 

REFUNDS

         Notice:  There are absolutely no refunds on custom garments, as materials such as leather, zippers and liners are all cut specific to customers sizes.
